Internal Assets originated from the belief that your greatest asset is you and the resources you have inside you right now. Your internal assets may currently be underutilized. That is for you to decide.

Without heart, mind and body alignment you may manage but you will have a hard time leading. Today businesses need leaders who can form relationships and deeper connections with people - a guide, someone who is grounded and who is willing to support others to do the same. Leadership today is much, much more than a title.

  • What is the one thing you could do right now that would move you forward?
  • Are you smart enough to answer these questions? Of course you are!

Leadership development is individual development based on being accountable enough to follow your dreams and trust yourself to take risks. Many people are already aware but are not yet taking the risk to create their dreams! That is exactly what Internal Assets is about. We support you and your business to get clear and take the necessary risks to create what you believe is possible.

It really is that simple.

  • Internal Assets, established in 2002, is an independently owned company based in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
  • Internal Assets provides leadership and individual development through coaching, keynotes, and training both in person and via the telephone.
  • It’s about results.

Our Philosophy:

We believe that the key to getting things done these days is relationships. We all do better, produce more results and are for the most part happier, when we have connections with people that work. We don't work or live in vacuums.

Connecting with ourselves and with others will enhance the quality of the work produced, as well as the speed with which we produce results. So the key is when we have break downs in communication or issues of trust, how fast we can reframe and recover. It is not about IF we ever have a breakdown in these areas but WHEN we have breakdowns. How fast can we recover?

We make it our mission at Internal Assets to focus on ways to process differently so the recovery process happens quicker and more naturally. It works for individuals, groups and entire organizations.
