Leadership is the ability to take people to a place they would not have gone on their own. - Anonymous

Q. Would you like to connect with your own excellence?
Q. Would you like people to say, “You are the best leader I’ve had in 20 years.”
Q. Would you like to decrease your company’s turnover and increase productivity?

Internal Assets can show you how:

  • Most people in leadership positions aren’t providing excellent leadership. According to the Gallup Organization 68% of employees are either actively or passively disengaged from their jobs because of mediocre leadership.

  • Most leaders ignore these problems, deny them, or blame them on someone or something outside themselves.

You don’t. You’re looking for a solution. You’re tired of “good enough.” You’re searching for excellence in yourself and a way to bring out the excellence of those you lead. Leaders just like you have found that leadership is a skill that can be learned. Internal Assets has the tools and experience to help you create the leadership learning experience you need.

Each customized training can be the catalyst to create lasting change in yourself, your team or your organization. You tell us what the issue is and we will customize a package to help solve the problem. Our training is guaranteed to open eyes and transform behavior. Our goal is to be your partner in the learning experience. You are responsible for what you learn; we are responsible for providing the opportunity and the environment for learning to take place.

Customized training includes:

  • Pre-session meetings and phone interviews. We want to be sure we have a very good understanding of your organization and its needs. We will perform a thorough assessment of your organization assuring that expectations are clarified before the training takes place. We never begin a project without a very clear end in mind.

  • Pre-training assessments. Most of our custom training includes an assessment tool to ensure we meet your unique needs.

  • Facilitation tailored to group’s strengths and challenges. As issues arise during the experience, we will be sure they are addressed to your full satisfaction. We will focus on how your team interacts with one another in the context of the training.

  • Plan of action. Each person will leave with a specific plan to apply the learning in their day to day life at work and at home.

  • Follow-up coaching. We will provide telephone coaching for each member of your group after the live training. This will ensure that you and your team continue to build skills to transform performance.

What is a Teleclass?

A teleclass is a live, interactive training class conducted over the telephone through state-of-the-art teleconferencing bridge systems. We give you timely tips, tools, strategies and techniques over the telephone that can benefit your life and business immediately. All of this from the comfort of your home or office with no travel time involved.

Teleclass sessions are usually one hour long, sometimes discussion based, and occasionally lecture-based. These are just like live seminars and students may participate as much or as little as they wish.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What distinguishes a teleclass from a regular conference call?

A teleclass is conducted by using a format for the presentation, which ensures the delivery of content-rich information in a way that evokes high participation from all attendees. Teleclass leaders provide facilitation and provide guidance for who can talk and how the class will flow.

  • Don’t people need to be in a classroom setting to be in a learning mode?

Actually, adults learn best in one-hour blocks of time. I have found that students want to learn when they are invited to participate and contribute to the subject being taught.

  • So, when I dial the telephone bridge number, what happens?

Dial the telephone bridge number at the exact time (you can arrive late but not early) of your teleclass and you will be connected to the other participants in the class.

  • How much does it cost?

The telephone bridges are located in Orlando, FL or Boston, MA. For most people there is a long distance charge for placing the call. If you are located in the United States, your phone rate may be as low as 5 or 6 cents a minute, or between $3.00 and $4.00 per call. In Canada, the rates vary but 11 cents per minute is possible, therefore the cost of your call would be $6.60. Plus the registration fee for each individual class, listed in the teleclass description.

  • Who typically signs up for teleclasses?

Busy people who are interested in learning are the participants. People interested in short to the point tips and strategies who enjoy access to leadership development information without ever leaving their home or office.
