You Have More Power Than You Think!
Leadership skills don’t usually come
with a college degree or inheritance of wealth. More often,
they come with life’s experiences. A woman often undervalues
the elements of leadership she acquired as a student, mother,
wife, household organizer, nurturer, and in her other achievements.
As a personal coach, Kim Worlow recognizes
and helps women develop skills they already have within them.
Taking part in a Women’s Empowerment Workshop can bring
higher levels of self-confidence for participants and help
unlock the unique potential of the individual.
Is it time for you to find your personal mission
and follow your own path to fulfill your dreams? Check our Tips
for Leadership and Ideas
for Individual Development. The Women’s Empowerment
Workshops are available either onsite or as tele-classes. Please
see the current schedule.
The real question is: “Are you willing
to take the risk to be the leader of your own life?”
Q. Would you like to learn how to regulate
your emotions better?
Q. Are you willing to learn about yourself and what turns
you on?
Q. Would you like to get off the couch and discover your
dreams?
Our guarantee is that we will teach you tools
that will transform your life if you use them.
“Our deepest fear is not
that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are
powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness,
that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to
be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually,
who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing
small doesn’t serve
the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within
us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give
other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated
from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” -
Marianne Williamson
I don’t know a woman who doesn’t
want to do what is right. BUT what is ‘right’ for
you? Do you know? Do you want to figure it out? Sometimes
our own fear can keep us from discovering what is right
for each of us. No one can do it for us but there is support
available.
Would you like to:
- Stop saying, “Yes” when you
really mean, “No!”
- Be less reactive?
- Trust yourself more?
- Make your own decisions?
- Discover your personal power?
- Communicate more clearly?
- Understand your fear?
- Be generous to yourself without guilt?
“Each of us has a unique
filtering system, but the mechanics of the system are
always the same. Your filtering system may leave you
with the perception that you are being taken advantage
of when in fact you have been afraid to say no. You may
have the perception that you have no choice but to accept
your lot in life when in fact you are afraid to risk
change and possible rejection. And to keep those perceptions
in place, you need to build evidence to support them.” -
Rhonda Britten, Fearless Living Institute
Internal Assets conducts women’s retreats
every year at two separate locations in the beautiful Ozark
Mountains of Arkansas.
We offer unique retreats in settings that
are serene. Our women’s weekend-long retreats offer
relaxation and learning focused on self leadership. Leadership
of yourself and others starts with individual development.
If you would like to reconnect with your authentic self,
these retreats will provide a supportive atmosphere for you
to do just that!
Do you trust your intuition these
days or has it been buried somewhere with all the hustle
and bustle we call life? This is the reconnection we
are talking about.
Would you be willing to:
- Understand your emotions better
- Trust yourself more
- Focus on yourself
- Recharge
- Trail ride or swim
- Get a massage
- Just relax for an hour without interruptions
- Reconnect with yourself
Purpose
This retreat is about discovering how to get
out of your comfort zone to create the life you really want.
You will discover many things about yourself. If you are
willing, you will receive some feedback from some unconventional
sources—nature and a horse or two!
But I don’t know how to ride
a horse!!!!! No riding experience is necessary.
In fact, no riding is necessary. Some people come and never
get on a horse……but if you chose to try riding
you will do so in a supportive, caring and safe environment.
It is always challenge by choice.
What will you learn at this retreat?
Loosening the reins through:
- Self awareness: How are you showing up
these days?
- Self regulation: How do you want to show
up?
- Self motivation: What blows your dress
up?
- Empathy: Can you put yourself in someone
else’s boots or does everyone just make you mad?
- Relationships: Do you even have one with
yourself?
This setting is magical and is as peaceful
as it is beautiful. The ranch is in the Ozark Mountains of
Arkansas and it has all you would want in a comfortable yet
challenging retreat. In addition to horses and cowboys, we
have great food and you can add a massage to boot! At this
retreat, activities are designed to include horses and provide
participants with feedback about the beliefs that may be
holding them back.
Accommodations
When God created the earth, there were several
places he rested his hand just a little longer. StoneCreek
Ranch is one of those places. Arvell and Karry Bass are the
fortunate owners of StoneCreek Ranch.
StoneCreek Ranch is nestled in a beautiful
valley in southern Baxter County, Arkansas. Over 80 acres
belong to the ranch and additional acreage is available for
riding. StoneCreek Ranch is 8 miles from a major highway,
but it feels more like 80. There is peace here. Your spirit
will be rejuvenated. Many people notice a difference in their
mindset within hours of arrival.
The main building at the ranch is a large
indoor arena with stalls down one side and a lodge with a
great room and eight guest rooms on the other side. A covered
porch spans the front of this building where you can sit
in a rocking chair and watch the horses graze in the pastures
as the sun sets behind them.
There are also two Ozark style cabins complete
with covered front porches and swings. The cabins have full
kitchens and the guest rooms all have access to a full kitchen.
Our cabins, lodge, and guest rooms only look rustic. All
accommodations are heated and air conditioned with comfortable
beds and clean bathrooms.

This
retreat is for women who want to look inside themselves and
make a difference now. You don't have to wait until you lose
weight or the kids leave for college. This is an opportunity
to learn something new simply because you will be in a safe
enough space to open yourself up to trusting what you already
know to be true. This is your opportunity to stop fighting
with your own guidance system (yes, remember your intuition)
long enough to see the things that are already available
to you. This will be a "time-out" from life to
focus and produce clarity while aligning your head with your
heart.
Benefits:
- Trusting what your inner voice tells you instead of looking
for external approval.
- Taking action based on you own intention instead of making
excuses.
- Owning the world you have created for yourself instead
of denying it.
- Deciding what you want to do with your new focus.
Join others On the Boat in a supportive atmosphere
who desire the same result as you do. You will be able to
gain a deeper knowledge of how fear controls your life. Learn
the purpose of fear and see how it manifests.
"On the Boat" is a warm-weather
2-day (usually weekend) workshop held on our 72-foot luxury
houseboat on Lake Norfork.
The clean and clear mountain lake covers 22,000
acres, where water recreation is a way of life. If you prefer
not to stay on the houseboat, you can choose lodging to suit
your style, from cabins to luxury resorts around the lake
and in the Mountain Home area, a well-known tourism and retirement
location in the mid-South.
Purpose
This weekend retreat is for women who need
to:
- Get still
- Be quiet
- Rest
- Relax
- Refocus
Sound like anyone you know? If you are interested
in slowing down for a weekend (maybe a life time) and thinking
about how to get off the survival treadmill, this retreat
is for you.
During this retreat, we will focus on letting
go of some old thought processes and gaining some new tools.
These tools support you to:
- Get unstuck and start leading yourself
- Stop procrastinating
- Move forward with your dreams
- Stop blaming
- Acknowledge what you are today
- Stop pretending
- Stop controlling
This weekend will be spent reading, thinking,
journaling and debriefing how to more easily move through
life. This time will be spent focused on you and how to live
being more true to yourself. How do you really want to lead
yourself?
Accommodations

This
retreat will take place on a wonderful 72 foot long
houseboat on beautiful Lake Norfork. The lake itself
is unbelievable but when you step onto this boat you
are going to be wowed. With sleeping accommodations
for four, two comfortable bathrooms, a full kitchen
and living room, it rivals the finest bed and breakfast
accommodation. Add to these a front observation deck,
and a top floor deck complete with hot tub and water
slide, and you will know you are in the best place
in Arkansas to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
The food is delicious. Each night, we will
have music and drinks on the upper deck as we recap
our day and prepare for a great meal. After dinner
we will take a short cruise around the lake to enjoy
the sunset and/or the moonlight on the water. You can
choose to sleep on the boat, or in our lovely remodeled
church less than a mile away. |

your job or vice versa?
- Does everyone respect you but do you still

lose weight?

with mid-life?
If the answer to any of these is yes, you
are not alone. So what can you do? Kim Worlow is a leadership
coach who supports women to realize that even in areas where
you are in control, fear many times plays a much bigger part
than you had ever realized. Take the next step:

and Love Without Regrets
- Sign up for a Fearbuster Group on the phone

- Check out on the phone one on one coaching
A Fearbuster Group is people getting together
(by phone or in person) who want to learn how to be more
fearless. This group will function as your support network
and anyone can join. The group will be led by a certified
Fearbuster Facilitator. No one can be fearless alone. We
all need reminders on our Fearless Path and your Fearbuster
Group is a built-in network of support buddies who all have
the same intention: To move from fear to freedom!
Since risk is essential to being fearless,
it can get down right scary as you move through your fears.
It is nice to know you have support around you. When a group
of individuals are committed to the same thing, magic can
happen.
A Fearbuster Group can support you to:
- Let go of indecision, gain clarity of purpose,
and take life-changing risks.
- Discover paralyzing fears that lurk beneath
the surface.
- Uncover fears that keep you from taking risks
and prevent you from succeeding.
- Identify your fears and develop an action
plan around defeating them.
